Starting from June 4th, 2021, there will be a shipping cost contribution for all customers up to a certain purchase amount. We will share the shipping costs with our customers, making the shipping considerably more affordable than before.

For example, on average, sending a package to Germany costs us 12.4 Euros excluding packaging.

The following shipping costs apply:

Austria: Orders up to 49 Euros - 2 to 2.5 Euros shipping costs Austria: Orders over 50 Euros - free shipping

Germany: Orders up to 79 Euros - 5 Euros shipping costs Germany: Orders over 80 Euros - free shipping

Rest of the EU: Orders up to 99 Euros - 8 Euros shipping costs Rest of the EU: Orders over 100 Euros - free shipping

Rest of the World: Orders up to 199 Euros - 25 Euros shipping costs Rest of the World: Orders over 200 Euros - free shipping

Starting from August 15th, all packages with a value of 100 Euros or more will be shipped via UPS. Packages with a value below 100 Euros will be shipped either with the postal service or DPD.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our system with a tracking number to track your package. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible (excluding your right of withdrawal, which remains valid for 14 days after receiving the goods).

Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your order to show movement in the shipping provider's tracking.

Please note! A package inquiry can only be initiated at least 12 days after the shipment confirmation.

Martha Luxe products are delivered within Vienna only via courier and within Austria only through insured express shipping. Shipping to Germany and the rest of the EU (+worldwide) is also done through insured express shipping. You will be contacted by us before the items are shipped.
